The installation height of explosion-proof lights in the factory workshop is different according to the actual production situation, so the design height is also different. The distance between the base of the general explosion-proof lamp and the ground is not less than the following values (except when the safety voltage is used): outdoor: 2.5m (installed on the outdoor wall); factory building: 2.5m; indoor: 2m.
The actual installation height of explosion-proof lights depends on the height of the factory building but is not equal to the height of the factory building. For example, if the actual design height of a factory building is 8 meters, then the height between the top of the factory building and the installation lamps must be calculated, such as the distance between the top of the factory building and the installation lamps. If the height of the lamp is 2 meters, then the installation height of the lamp is 6 meters, so when purchasing explosion-proof lamps, it must be noted that the installation height of the lamp is not necessarily the design height of the factory building.
