A:Normally 5-10 working days. It depends on the qty.

Q:4.What is your product warranty time?
A:Normally 3-5 years.
Q:Is it feasibel to print my logo on the lights?
A:Yes, Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design firstly.
Q:6.How to deal with the faulty?
A:Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
Q:7.How about the shipping fees?
A:The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest way. Seafreight is the best solution for big amounts.
Q:8.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A:A5:You can make the payment to our bank account, T/T or PayPal: 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance against the copy of B/L.
