 Dec 31, 2022|View:271

Explosion-proof analysis cabins are suitable for petrochemical, offshore drilling platforms, metallurgy, light industry, textile, food, bioengineering, aerospace engineering and military facilities and other factories, with ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC T1~T4 explosive gas or vapor environment; The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters; at 25°C, the relative humidity is below 95%; the working environment temperature is between -20°C and +40°C.

explosion-proof analysis cabin

In terms of design, there are two kinds of explosion-proof analysis cabins: positive pressure type explosion-proof analysis cabin and structural type explosion-proof sub-section cabin. This article mainly talks about the positive pressure type explosion-proof analysis cabin.

Positive pressure type explosion-proof sub-hut product instruction manual
1.1 Description of product selection
The explosion-proof analysis cabin can be used in Class II, Division 2 places containing explosive dangerous gases, with Class IIA, II B, and II C, and in explosive gas or vapor environments with temperature groups T1~T4; the altitude does not exceed 2000 meters; at 25 °C , The relative humidity is below 95%; the working environment temperature is between -20℃~+40℃.
The indicators of the analysis cabin refer to the national standards GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment", GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "d" ", GB3836.5-2004 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 5: Positive Pressure Enclosure Type "p"", GB3836.13-2013 "Explosive Atmospheres Part 13: Repair, Overhaul, Restoration and Alteration of Equipment", GB3836.15-2000 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 15: Electrical Installation in Hazardous Locations (Except Coal Mine)", GB3836.17-2007 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 17 Structure of positive pressure rooms or buildings and use" The relevant regulations require design and manufacture.
Widely used in the production of oil refining, chemical industry, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and light industry, etc., it provides on-site safe installation space and protection for various process gas on-line analyzers and various on-line water quality analyzers.
1.2 Product Structure Overview of Positive Pressure Explosion-proof Analysis Cabin
The hut is a steel welded frame structure, the shape is: 3.0mX2.5mX2.7m, the inner and outer walls and roof are assembled and riveted by п-shaped steel plates;
The outer wall and roof are made of 1.5mm stainless steel plate, which is bent butt welded, and the inner and outer walls, as well as the ceiling and the roof, are filled with 70mm thick flame-retardant rock wool insulation material;
The inner wall and roof are sprayed with 1.2mm thick carbon steel plate;
outer walls, suspended ceiling and roof;
The hut is provided with a door, the material of which is the same as the main material of the hut, and a rubber sealing strip is set between the door and the wall. The door is equipped with a damping limit closer and a push rod escape lock, and there is a hole lock and handle outside the door, and a 400(H)*600(W) toughened glass window on the door. Explosion-proof sandwich insulation structure, door width 900, door height 2000;
Floor: 4mm thick herringbone non-slip steel plate
The base is welded with channel steel;
The cabin is airtight, rain-proof, dust-proof and heat-insulated
The instrument junction box and utility power supply box are placed outside the hut; the power distribution box is placed inside the hut.
All equipment, cable entry, and piping connections in the cabin are marked.
In order to facilitate the hoisting of the hut, there are lifting lugs at the bottom of the hut;
The positive pressure hut is composed of a room body, an automatic control system, an air distribution system, an alarm system, and a user power distribution system; Components; the buffer room is used to maintain the pressure of the operator entering and leaving the room.
The air intake method of this positive pressure cabin is ventilation type, that is, continuous air supply without interruption, and the working heat of the components in the positive pressure room can be taken away with the air path, which has a good heat dissipation effect.
1.3 The working principle of the products of the positive pressure type explosion-proof analysis cabin
Explosion-proof air conditioners, explosion-proof lighting, electric heating facilities, explosion-proof exhaust fans, fire extinguishers, electric heating facilities, explosion-proof combustible detectors, explosion-proof hypoxia detectors, explosion-proof toxic gas detectors, explosion-proof smoke detectors can be installed in the positive pressure type explosion-proof analysis cabin etc. (configured according to customer needs). The analysis cabin is equipped with an explosion-proof switchboard, an explosion-proof junction box, an instrument air distributor, an audible and visual alarm at the door, and a linkage fan.
Under the control of the automatic control system, the positive pressure hut is fed with protective gas, and the pressure inside the positive pressure room is higher than the pressure outside the positive pressure room, forming a small positive pressure safe environment, thus preventing flammable and dangerous gases from entering the positive pressure. In the room, ensure the safe operation of ordinary instruments and electrical components installed in the room.
The positive pressure automatic control system mainly completes a series of functions such as automatic ventilation, air supply, under-pressure alarm, low-pressure interlock, and ventilation interlock. When the air pressure is lower than the specified air pressure (50Pa), an audible and visual alarm will be issued to remind the user to check the intake pressure and leakage point. When the air pressure is lower than the specified air pressure (25Pa), it will automatically cut off the users entering the positive pressure room
Distribution power. The alarm system is the same as that of the explosion-proof structure, but there is no exhaust system, and the positive pressure chamber is purged and ventilated by the incoming clean air. Public power distribution and instrument power distribution are configured according to customer needs.
1.4 Product installation
1. House installation
A. The installation location of the room body: indoors or outdoors, a flat place without obvious vibration.
B. Installer
