Heat dissipation performance
The heat dissipation performance is a highlight of this lamp design. Its light source heat sink adopts an integrated die-casting process, made by high-precision molds and high-quality aluminum alloy materials. This design not only ensures the integrity and firmness of the heat sink structure, but also greatly improves the heat conduction efficiency. The heat sink surface is treated with a special process to increase the heat dissipation area, and the scientific fin design optimizes the air flow, which can quickly transfer the heat generated by the light source to the external environment to avoid heat accumulation. Surface treatment
Surface treatment is an important part of the manufacturing process of this lamp. After the lamp body is formed, it is first pre-treated by pickling and shot blasting. The pickling process thoroughly removes the oxide layer and impurities on the metal surface to ensure the purity of the base material; the shot blasting process further strengthens the surface structure and enhances adhesion by spraying steel shots at high speed. The lamp body is coated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying technology to ensure that the lamp remains beautiful and functional in harsh environments. In addition, the fasteners of the lamp are all made of high-quality stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, and can effectively prevent loosening or failure caused by rust.
